This is one of two private sector initiatives I helped facilitate and draft the report of that were early building blocks of the practical "Action Track" added to the UNFCCC process by the Peruvian and French governments in the 2014 and 2015 COPs, supplementing and supporting the implementation of the intergovernmental agreement reached in Paris.
